I’m curious if anyone knows any good / comprehensive resources for coordinators with deeplinks? I’ve been looking at things from Khan Lou and also the medium article on Backlane engineering but something is always lacking.
For me I get stuck on how to get deep links to sort of “unwind” before I move on to the next state. For examples if I have 3 tabs, and I’m pushed into tab 1, which presents something, I’d need to dismiss, pop to root, then switch tabs to handle some deep links (perhaps).
Another concern I have is that in BackLane (https://medium.com/blacklane-engineering/coordinators-essential-tutorial-part-ii-b5ab3eb4a74) which is great, but it doesn’t address a specific problem I have or have run into, which is deeplinks that need to be “remembered”.
For example, if I need to deep link to a detail view. I may need to wait for a list view to load first, once it’s finished loading automatically push to the stack the detail view. Add any unwind mechanisms / etc and things get convoluted fast.
Routers seem great as a solution, but I find myself using “setViewControllers” a lot with custom navigation transitions.
Any guidance would be appreciated!
