Experience: Ok, first off you start by asking for a connection to my Health app and then you ask for a review in the AppStore. Before I could do anything or see the app. Save the ‘review’ question for when I’ve actively used the app for something useful, like successfully filling in my first match. And make the Health connection something I can trigger manually instead of offering it as the first thing when the app starts.
What does ‘chair umpire’ mean? Maybe it’s a tennis term I’m not familiar with.
I like the fact you are trying to make the app very clean and simple to use. However, I’m not sure if I would ever use the app in the way you designed it. It seems that you want to make me press who scored every time someone scored. However, I would want to play tennis and afterwards just fill-in the results… per set. But that’s just my 2-cents.
when ending a match, I get stuck in the Chair Umpire view where I can’t create nor end a match, so I’m stuck In this view.
when restarting the app, there’s no history… I thought that was the whole point.
whenever I restart the app, the review question pops up again, every time.
Conclusion: You’re going the right way with your style and user experience. There’s still some things to iron out, and definitely test with more people to see if you’re core functionality is the one that people would expect.
