I am doing a presentation on Big analysis on recorded phone calls. I remember seeing/reading about it some ago, but I cannot find the article/video that talked about it.

It mainly spoke about that the disclaimer is actually a way of data analysis for marketing companies to match you up with a “compatible” salesman at the perfect time in order to ensure a sale and that most telecom companies are subscribed to such a analysis company.

If you know of such articles and/or videos that talk about it? I need some citations.
